What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our products have an MOQ of 100 units. Please check the product page for exact requirements.
Can I order a sample before production?
Yes. Most mockups are sufficient for production. If you require a physical sample for inspection, we offer two options: either a free stock sample where you only need to pay for shipping, or a sample made exactly to your specifications, in which case a sample fee will apply. This fee will be refunded upon placing a bulk order.
How long can insulated drinkware keep beverages hot or cold?
Double-wallinsulated designs can keep drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours, depending on the specific
construction and seal quality.
Is there a difference between food-grade and standard plastic drinkware?
Yes, food-grade plastics like BPA-free Tritan and polypropylene are designed for safe, long-term beverage use, whereas standard plastics may contain chemicals that degrade over time.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we provide tracking information so you can follow the delivery.
