Straight
A uniform cut from hip to hem. Versatile and easy to wear across styles and genders.
Wide Leg
A relaxed silhouette that drapes loosely from the hip. Comfortable and easy-moving.
Tapered
Roomy through the thigh, narrowing toward the ankle for a clean, athletic finish.
Cuffed
An elasticized or ribbed ankle that locks the fit in place. Built for movement.
Compression
A close fit that follows the body's natural contours with high-stretch support.
Flared
Fitted through the knee with a subtle flare at the cuff for a lengthened line.
Side Slit
A small slit at the cuff that opens over footwear, adding mobility and a modern detail.
Elastic
A classic gathered waistband with built-in stretch for a relaxed, everyday fit.
Drawstring
Combines an elastic waist with internal or external cords for quick adjustments on the go.
Performance Band
A flat, knit elastic band that lies smooth against the waist without bunching. Fully customizable for brand logos.
Zip & Button Fly
A structured waistband with a button closure and zippered fly for a clean, secure finish.
Side Pocket
Available in drop-in or zippered styles for easy access during training.
Back Pocket
A centered waistband zip or welt pocket to keep essentials secure with minimal bounce.
Liner Pocket
Hidden inside the waistband or built into the lining for discreet, secure storage.
Standard Performance
90% Polyester+10% Spandex, Lightweight and moisture-wicking, the standard choice for training and endurance wear, also available in 100% polyester for sublimation printing.
Premium Performance
85% Nylon+15% Spandex, Smoother and more resilient than standard polyester, for brands that want a step up.
Tech Mesh Performance
Open-knit construction for targeted ventilation during high-intensity training.
Recycled Performance Polyester
Same performance as standard poly, made from recycled materials.
French Terry
The most common sweatpants fabric. High cotton content, smooth on the outside with a soft looped inner surface. Pre-shrunk for a consistent fit.
Fleece
A French Terry base with the inner loops brushed out into a soft, warm pile. The go-to for cozy, heavyweight styles.
Sublimation
Full-coverage printing that bonds color directly into the fabric for vivid, all-over designs and gradients. Polyester fabrics only.
Screen Print
Clean, opaque prints with sharp edges and strong color payoff, suitable for logos and bold graphics.
DTG
Ink printed directly onto the fabric for detailed, full-color designs including gradients. Recommended for cotton fabrics.
Embroidery
Stitched logo or text for a premium, textured finish, recommended for cotton and heavier fabrics.
Reflective Print
High-visibility detailing that catches light, built for outdoor and low-light training.
Silicone Print
Raised, tactile finish with a soft grip texture, widely used in studio and activewear branding.
Heat Transfer
A cost-effective option with faster turnaround, suitable for small and detailed designs, with a slight hand feel on the fabric surface.
Laser Perforation
Precision-cut ventilation patterns for targeted breathability without compromising structure.
Washed Effect
A garment-washing process that softens the fabric and gives it a lived-in, vintage feel. Gradient spray wash is also available.
Labels
Woven or printed branding labels, placed at the waistband, hem, or side seam.
Care Label
Custom wash and care instructions, printed or woven to match your brand.

Button
