Crew Neck
A round neckline that sits close to the base of the neck. The most versatile option across all sweatshirt styles.
V-Neck
A V-shaped opening that gives the sweatshirt a sportier, more vintage feel.
Stand Collar
An upright collar that frames the neck, common in training and outdoor styles.
Polo Collar
A fold-over collar with a short placket, suited to both court sports and casual wear.
Hooded
A hood that adds coverage and a relaxed, casual silhouette.
Pullover
No front opening, pulled on over the head. The most common sweatshirt construction.
Half-Zip
A short zip at the collar, currently one of the most popular silhouettes in activewear and wellness wear.
Full-Zip
Opens completely from collar to hem, doubles as a light jacket.
French Terry
The most common sweatshirt fabric. High cotton content, smooth on the outside with a soft looped inner surface. Pre-shrunk for a consistent fit.
Performance Polyester
A quick-drying polyester knit built for training and active wear.
Interlock
The same knit structure on both sides, giving a clean finish inside and out. The CVC blend adds a subtle sheen and helps the fabric hold its shape.
Air Layer
Three-layer construction with an air-filled inner layer, warm, soft, and puffy. Suits relaxed, oversized silhouettes.
Fleece
Brushed inner surface for a soft, warm feel. The go-to for cozy, heavyweight styles.
Polar Fleece
A dense, short-pile polyester fleece with a textured surface. Warmer and more structured than standard fleece.
Waffle Knit
A textured grid weave with a casual, tactile surface.
Merino Wool Blend
Natural temperature regulation and odor resistance for outdoor and transitional wear.
No Pocket
A clean, minimal construction with nothing at the front.
Kangaroo Pocket
A single front pouch pocket, the most common sweatshirt pocket style.
Side Seam Pocket
Two hidden pockets set into the side seams.
Screen Print
Clean, opaque prints with sharp edges and strong color payoff, suitable for logos and bold graphics.
DTG
Ink printed directly onto the fabric for detailed, full-color designs including gradients. Recommended for cotton fabrics.
Embroidery
Stitched logo or text for a premium, textured finish, recommended for cotton and heavier fabrics.
Chenille Embroidery
A raised, velvety embroidery technique using thick chenille yarn, giving logos and lettering a soft, textured finish.
Heat Transfer
A cost-effective option with faster turnaround, suitable for small and detailed designs, with a slight hand feel on the fabric surface.
Puff Print
Ink that expands when heated, creating a raised, soft finish with a noticeable texture. Can be combined with flocking.
Silicone Print
Raised, tactile finish with a soft grip texture, widely used in studio and activewear branding.
Reflective Print
High-visibility detailing that catches light, built for outdoor and low-light training.
Embossing
Pressed into the fabric to create a recessed or raised impression, suitable for heavyweight fabric.
Foil Print
A metallic finish applied via heat transfer, available in gold, silver, and other metallic options.
Rhinestone
Hand-set crystals for a bold, eye-catching finish.
Appliqué
A design element made separately and stitched onto the garment. Efficient for large coverage areas and allows for contrasting materials and textures.
Washed Effect
A garment-washing process that softens the fabric and gives it a lived-in, vintage feel. Gradient spray wash is also available.
Labels
Woven or printed labels placed at the neck, hem, or sleeve to put your brand inside the garment.
Care Label
Custom wash and care instructions, printed or woven to match your brand.
Hang Tag
Custom branded tags attached before shipping.
Button
Buttons selected or custom-made to match your colorway or brand aesthetic.
Zipper
Zipper pulls and tape customized to your brand's color or logo.
Drawstring
Available in custom colors and materials, with optional custom aglets.
Patch
