What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our products have an MOQ of 100 units. Please check the product page for exact requirements.
How long does it take to get a design mockup?
Typical mockups are ready within 24 hours. More complex designs may take 1–2 days.
Should I print or embroider custom hats?
It depends on your design and desired result.
We offer a wide range of customization techniques and explain their effects and constraints in the customization section, so you can choose the most suitable option. Our team can also provide recommendations based on your design.
Can I order a sample before production?
Yes. Most mockups are sufficient for production. If you require a physical sample for inspection, we offer two options: either a free stock sample where you only need to pay for shipping, or a sample made exactly to your specifications, in which case a sample fee will apply. This fee will be refunded upon placing a bulk order.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we provide tracking information so you can follow the delivery.
